I want to give a special shoutout to Manoj, who accompanied me to the hospital and stayed until late at night to make sure everything was okay. The front desk staff, including Sangita, Shardda, and Jennifer, were always welcoming and detail-oriented. The Indian/Asian restaurant staff, Mayush and Kishor, paid attention to every detail and even created special dishes for me. The driver, Khadka, was always friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the management's personalized welcome gift and their efforts to check in on our well-being. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the location and expensive room service, my overall experience at Akama Hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly service and attention to detail.

The hotel was ideally located, just a short distance from the local market and main attractions. The room we stayed in was incredibly spacious and had all the required amenities. We were ambushed to see that the hotel provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a nice touch. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. Another plus was the beautiful rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets and had a romantic dinner.

The entrance to the hotel could use some improvement and was not very attractive compared to the rest of the hotel. The breakfast selection could have been better, and the service was a bit slow.
